Dr. Jyoti Karande

MD, MRCOG, MBBS

Dr. Jyoti Karande is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with pretty long years of experience in the respective field and aims at promoting optimal wellness for women. She completed her MBBS from Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru Memorial Medical College, Raipur with 10 gold medals and accomplished MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology from Nagpur University.

Dr. Jyoti cleared MRCOG in 2008 and worked as a clinical fellow at Northampton Hospital in the UK. Along with her academics, she also followed her passion Kathak Dance and to her great delight she did Masters in Kathak Dance as well. With a knowledge bank learned through academics and experiences, she successfully fulfilled significant duties in different organizations.

She served as Joint Secretary ‘Breastcon’ in 2016, Joint Secretary of IOGS 2021 and Joint secretary AICOG 2022. She also serves as a life member for IFS, IMS and ISAR. She also worked as a consultant at Manipal Hospital. With savoir-faire delightful skills, she had been in the chair of Quiz Master in National and State ISAR conferences.

Dr. Anil Sakhare

With 11 years of teaching experience, Dr. Anil Sakhare is one of the most talented and versatile Obstetricians and Gynaecologists specialized in vaginal surgery. He joins StudyMEDIC as Senior Mentor for Vaginal Surgery Courses.

As a former assistant professor at GMC Nande where he worked for 11 years; his experience as a teacher and examiner extends to both undergraduate and postgraduate students.

As faculty, he has attended numerous national and international conferences. He published 19 scientific articles in national and international journals. Among his greatest achievements, he is one of the few Indians
to have contributed to Williams Textbook of Obstetrics.

In addition to his other accomplishments, he published a case report in the international reference
book of Operative Obstetrics by Cunningham. Through rotary medical health camps, he extended his service to African countries and operated on hundreds of cases. His experience includes operating more than 4000 cases of NDVH. He served as the organizing secretary for AMOGS 2017, Nanded.

Dr. Richa Patel

MS (OB & GYNAE), MBBS, FMAS, Diploma in Urogynaecology

An OB-GYN specialist with extensive experience in vaginal surgery, Dr Richa Patel Narkhede is relentless in her pursuit of knowledge and adept at learning new things. Currently, she works as Assistant Professor at the Sewakunj Hospital & Research Centre of LNCT Hospital, Indore. She completed MBBS from Barkatulla University Bhopal in 2013. Completing her Masters in Obstetrics & Gynaecology from ACPM Medical College, Dhule under the Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik in 2017; she went on to complete a fellowship in Minimal Access Surgery in Gynaecology from the same university.

While working as senior resident at SBH Govt Hospital, she became a Fellow in Minimal Access Surgery in Gynaecology in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology from 2017 to 2018. From 2018 to January 2019 she served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology at SBH Government Medical College, Dhule.

In 2019, she became a Senior Resident in the Obstetrics and Gynaecology department of BL Kapur Multi specialty Hospital, New Delhi. She completed a diploma in Urogynecology (Pelvic floor reconstruction) at the University of Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel, Germany in 2020. She recently completed a fellowship in Vaginal Surgery under ICOG (FOGSI) at Bapat Hospital, Indore. As an author, presenter, and reviewer; she has written many articles and papers. She had participated in many workshops and conferences at the national and state levels.

Dr. Nithin Naresh Kulkarni

Dr Nithin Naresh Kulkarni is an esteemed and accomplished Professor of Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a keen dedication to promote women’s health, education and research. His passion for teaching has made him a respected figure in academia.

After earning his MBBS from SBHGMC, Dhule Dr Nithin went on to successfully pursue a Diploma in Gynaecology and Obstetrics from Pravara Medical College, Loni. He is also a Diplomate of National Board (DNB) from Rajawadi Hospital, Ghatkopar, Mumbai.

Dr Uma Rani has organized 20 urogynecology live operative workshops and has been invited as an operating surgeon for FOGSI workshops on Pelvic Surgery.she continues to contribute to the growth and development of aspiring surgeons in the field. She received the Best Research Paper Award in the RCOG Conference-2013 for her work on High Uterosacral Ligament Suspension. Her commitment to education, research and patient care has established her as a leading figure in urogynecology.She also served as the Secretary of the Society of Urogynecologists and Vaginal Surgeons (SOVS).

Mukesh Ramesh Rathi
